Where Future Pilots Take Their First Step

Give your child an unforgettable summer experience inside a real flight school environment. The Avia Young Aviator Academy is a structured aviation enrichment program designed to inspire, educate, and build confidence in the next generation of aviators.

Hosted at Avia Flight Academy, the program combines hands-on learning, flight simulators, aircraft exposure, airport tours, and professional mentorship in a safe, supportive environment.

Program Overview

  • Recommended Ages: 12–17
  • 1-week sessions (2 hours per day)
  • 5 sessions plus optional flight experience
  • Optional advanced and elite progression tracks
  • Interactive lessons with activities, games, and real-world aviation scenarios
  • Exposure to airport operations, air traffic control, aircraft, runways, and maintenance hangars
  • Led by certified flight instructors and aviation guest speakers

Spots are limited to maintain quality and safety standards.

Level 1 – Aviation Discovery:

All level classes begin at 10:00am

All sessions are subject to minimum enrollment requirements. If a session does not meet the required minimum, Avia Flight Academy reserves the right to:

  • Consolidate sessions
  • Transfer enrollment to an alternate session date
  • Issue a tuition credit
  • Provide a refund of tuition paid

Enrollment in the Avia Young Aviator Academy requires a $195 non-refundable registration deposit to secure a student’s seat in the selected session. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and completed registration forms.

Remaining tuition balances must be paid in full no later than 21 days prior to the session start date. Failure to remit payment by the deadline may result in forfeiture of the reserved seat.

Families will be notified at least 7–10 days prior to the session start date if adjustments are necessary.

Please fill the registration forms and email no later than June 1st 2026.

Cancellation by Parent/Guardian

If a parent or guardian cancels a student’s enrollment:

  • The registration deposit is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the session start date will receive a refund of tuition paid, minus the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the session start date are non-refundable.

Tuition may be transferred to another session (space permitting) within the same calendar year at the discretion of Avia Flight Academy.

Absences & Missed Sessions

No refunds, credits, or prorated tuition will be issued for missed days due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or personal reasons. However, Avia Flight Academy will make its best effort to accommodate a student in an alternate session week, space permitting. Make-up sessions are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

We will try to accommodate every Young Aviator, and once the spots get filled up, we will form a waitlist. If there is a minimum required number of participants on the waitlist, we will be happy to add another session.
